Big Vs Small

If I have two plants in a two foot grow space, and flowering under two of them big 125w cfl's, red hue. Would i be better off using a few smaller wattage bulbs around the whole plant. Or stick with the mega bulbs, One per plant?

You might want to try and use both, as much light as possible.
