Big Stealth Grow

I recently moved into a place in the woods where my closest neighbor is 1/4 mile away. I have a slanted roof garage so the interior is slanted as well. The garage is 30 feet deep by 24 feet wide with a two car garage door in the front. That left a 4'6" area beside each side of the door. I am planning on building a 4" wide room the entire length of the garage. I will frame it on the inside and use cabinet grade plywood on the new walls of the garage and even add drywall screws to make it look like its just a real unfinished Sheetrock wall. Then primer the entire garage and it should blend in well.
Then I will put in two hinged panels that will sit flush with magnets so they aren't easily visible and use them as doors to get into each room separately. Hang a bunch of shit on the walls then the interior work begins. I made basic plans just to get a feel for the possible room.

I had a few questions though mostly about light and cooling.
I am not sure how to keep the light from passing into my separate veg and flower rooms while still allowing proper airflow? I want to be able to exchange all the air in both rooms in under 3 min, I have a big enough exhaust fan and filter and am going to be running the hot air out into the garage as hopefully my only source of heat!
Also anyone ever built hidden rooms that can give me some really good pointers to making this place look flawless even upon close inspection?
Any other suggestions would be awesome as well. I already have all the lights for the room as well as primers and 2x4's. I set aside $1,000.00 for the building of this but doing it for less would be awesome.

Thanks!

Nice, looks good brother, sounds like a sweet location too :) As far as the air-flow between the rooms, if you put vents in to move/exchange air between the two rooms, you can put 90 degree elbows (like furnace vents) to minimize the light exchange between the rooms, in addition, you can cap the end of the 90 degree bend with a vent cap, something like a dryer vent, cheap and easy, something simple like that should cover it. If needed (a lot of stuff you'll just have to try, then adjust as needed - do a dry run once it's setup, test, test, test, before you put babies in there) you can get small booster fans for the vents to pull air in or suck air out between the 2 rooms. I'll assume you plan on scrog or some method that will minimize height as you won't have a lot of overhead room (light distance/allowance will cut your height down low), also assuming you meant 4' wide, not 4" - lol

Yeah it's 4 feet wide, sorry. We started on the room today, but didn't get too far due to the power going out 3 times totaling 6 hours today. From experience can anyone tell me if lining the walls with mirrors in the flower room would be beneficial or just another waste of time. I purchased a trailer load of mirrors from an estate sale for $50.00 in hopes of reselling them, but if it would be beneficial I would go for it.
