You can just put it back into the flowering light cycle and let it finish but I'm not sure how it will effect quality, but your only other option is reveg and then you'll have to replant or water more frequently
I've found in the past that once a plant goes into reveg any buds that are growing die off. The plant forgets about flowering and focuses on vegetation. The buds slowly wither away.
Well kinda depends on what you wanna do and that depends on a few questions. First is how far into bloom did it happend? Looks late bloom to me. Do you have space to pull the plant while it reverts fully? Are plants coming up behind it? Can you afford to have fluffy product? mid to late bloom you will have streching plus fluff bud and longer bloom due to the reverting. If it was me and it was mid to late bloom I would finish it and just learn from the mistake. Your product will be effected period no way around it. If it's early in the bloom I would just pull the plants put under 24hrs light feed beaver nitrogen to pull it into get and wait for plant to show it's back into veg this can take a month to revert fully depending how far the plant has gone. I have re bloomed a few strains a few times from harvest back to get and usually always take a month to do. Hope this helps good luck bud. Not mucha can do in that situation. Also keep eye out for it throwing pollen sacks.
Can do 2 weeks i wouldn't do less then 7 days for sure I like to do 10 minimum personally. You want your product to burn smooth and turn into white ash.
