Big bang + Super Lemon Haze fem need info on 1800W 4 week perpetual

hey guys,
im a newbie grower and this is my first time starting from seed as my current grow (and my 1st) is blue cheese cuttings in DWC bubblers there 6 1/2 weeks in flower now and i ordered some fem seeds by greenhouse.

My original plan was to have 5-7 seedlings ready to be vegged under my HID's around the time i harvest or not to long after.
The things is, i dont understand the process with seedlings, do they root just like the cuttings do and thats when they are ready?

I germinated a few SLH and Big bang in paper towels inside plates,
when the tap roots where showing i placed them in a presoaked Phd 1" rockwool cube and pinched it shut.

I wasnt sure what i was meant to do from here, i left them in the dark waiting for a sprout. After a while the White opening did start to show abit but it was really slow so i assited it a little and put them under my 1ft propogation Fluroescents, they mount ontop of the heated propogator.

Since then ive just been misting them and keeping the lid closed,
i have no idea what im doing though, how do i get from here for them being able to go under my HID's in my bubbler buckets.

Dont they need to be fed with nutes until they are strong enough to take the light?
like how am i going to feed them when they are sitting in a heated propogator in 1" cubes.

Atm my flowering room is 4x4 with 2x600W but i was going to get a 4x4 tent + MH for vegging them which would hold my mother plants of SLH and BB + the cuttings in veg, which would also be DWC bubblers, but i cannot afford the tent for another week or two. So i am planning on using my seedlings for my next grow and take cuttings from the strongest looking ones for my mothers and future cuttings.

But that leaves me with just a Heated propgator 1" cubes + 5-6 seedlings until 1-2 weeks when i can but the Tent + 600W MH + Bubbler buckets.
I have GHE nutes + Clonex + Formulex but how or when do i apply them.

Sorry to ask so many stupid questions but im soo fuckin high right now, i guess yall understand.

You should be fine with your fluorecent until you harvest for sure. I use a Sunsystem Sun Blaze flo fixture and I love it...also, the difference with CO2 and without is night and day, they veg so wonderfully and develope bud sites rapidly. I never feed my sprouts (but don't have many under my belt either bub) nutes, I use Fox Farm Light Warrior for the aeration and humic acid. Patience is key with sprouts, probably why I like cutting that much more. I'm growing some SLH now and some Church from Greenhouse. Good luck and keep us updated with your stuff.

so do i just keep misting the tops of the rockwool and the cotyledons and they root? or how does it work.

and i got some the church seeds also, i thought id pop the Big bang 750g / m2 and the SLH 700g just for there yields atm.
any smoke report on it?

Only when they need it. You want them moist but never soggy. I lost almost my whole seed order because I over watered them for sure. I wish I could give a smoke report, and I will once she comes down (but she's teeny yet). From the research I've done on several forums (although RIU is by far my favorite ) it's aroma is like "rank garbage with an undertone of coffee grounds". The high isn't as spectacular as say SLH but the resin production seems to be a favorite for quality bubble hash and oils. It's gonna be hard (from what I hear) to put anything next to that Super Lemon Haze...as it's just fire oh, and one thing I've read and had experience with is the Church seeds looked quite the best, germmed the least BY FAR. Out of 4 I got one. Every other seed (3 other strains) germmed 100% compared to the Church's 25%.

also, how do i know when the seedling is ready for HID's?
will it be ok in its 1" cube until it can go in the bubblers then? with the HIDs. And just water?

Yeah as long as you dont have roots shooting out everywhere from the rockwool cube they're fine. Here's a pic of my SLH and Church in my cabinet. These are over 2 weeks old mind you. The three small ones up front are (left to right; SLH, SLH, Church) they ones in back are bagseed nutrient test dummies.

So all i have to do is keep the leaves moist or mist a little once or twice a day and they will get strong enough to take my HIDs without nutes and in adequate time? (i harvest in 8 -10 days)

they seem to be growing very slowly atm, 1 of my SSH didnt shoot after like 6 days so i chucked it and put out another BB and a SSH in paper towels between plates.

Just double checking im doing it right, All this info i read is confusing me completely.
I am going to quickly soak my Cube with Ph 5.5 tap water to get it wet and put the Seed into a Dug out hole a few Cm's in, With the Tap root facing the underside of the Cube. Then i will close the gap and put it in my heated propagator and wait.

The reason i ask is that all of my seedlings cracked and grew taproots but 2-3 of my seeds didnt seem to make it along with my 2 batches.

If you have a sprout then they are growing- under the soil. They are developing root systems and in a little over a week you'll see a daily difference. What do you mean you harvest in 8-10 days? These wont be ready to flower for some weeks yet optimally.

im a bit bad at wording stuff when im high.

i mean,
my current grow is on its 7th week of flowering tommorow so will be ready for drying and stuff so i kinda want these badboys ready to be Vegged full wattage in my bubblers right after my current grows buds are dry.

Il have to upload some pics. My 1st batch of Big Bang have started to grow there 1st set of true leaves now by the looks of it but it has been almost a week already.

How long would you say it takes if you where germinating seed for Hydro.
Like, how long after the seed has cracked and has tap root showing, would it be until you feel confident in putting it under your 600W Halide or whatever?

And how Big / how many sets of Leaves does it have like how do you know when its ready?

having some difficulties, just found 2 of 3 in the 1st batch died.. means im left with 1 healthy seedlings and 2 which havnt sprouted yet, been about a week. am i supposed to have the Rockwool cube under the light even though the seed hasnt sprouted inside it yet

i would just put the rockwool on the window sill til it sprouts!! putting it under the light might dry it up and kill it!!

just keep the rockwool moist

the 2 seeds i germinated after the 1st lot are now in cubes for the past 2 days now.
so now i got a potential 5 seedlings if they all grow ok.

how long does it normally take them to sprout there shoot and come to the rockwool surface after the seed is planted into the cube and squeezed shut?

usually sprot in 3 days but can take a week or possibly 2 i think?

you dont have to put the seeds very far in the rockwool..like a cm is fine!!

its best if u soak the seeds in a little shot glass of water first overnight...put the seed in and tap it so it sinks, then put it in a pitch black cupboard overnight, then put in rockwool!! if your usin tap water then pour it the day before and let it sit!!

i got 4 halthy seedlings atm + 2 more germing between plates
il be fine with around 6-7 for my 2nd grow which i will then take cutting from.
4 days till my 1st ever harvest also.

my goal is 3oz per plant but il prolly get more.
