You don't want water in your bho.
You can purge with hot water but you do it double boiler style. Don't purge too hot or you will degrade the terpenes.
Should expect anywhere from 10-25% return if using nugs, 15-20% is more typical (don't grind them), and around 5-10% from trim. Use a quality refined butane. Only spray outside!
