Bgsixxx's 2x4 & 3x3 tent adventures!!!

Ok update on harvest and veg plants.
So drying plants were a crunchy on the outside, to where when you squeeze the bud, the crispy outside leaves are falling off. So went ahead and bucked all the buds of plants, and put them in cardboard boxes. The white widow is dry, smoking some now. Smokes great stays lit and burns slow, taste is there a lil but not yet, and so far im feeling great about halfway through a hemp blunt. She ended up producing 75grams, not bad at all. The gsc is the frostiest ive ever grown, i can tell by just looking at her she gone be fire. Shes the only one still on stems, will buck her tonight and tatse her too. The og is about dry, can still feel moisture in some of the inside stuff, no mold i was looking, so glad i put in boxes, thanks for tip chron.
Got veg plants in their new home and they are getting blasted with light. Well bout 600ppfd. And the net is up, just need to get front piece of pvc for front of tent. Also took pots from garage that autos are going in and put them in veg tent so they can warm up for a couple days b4 i plant. Clones are still green and i think i see roots. But i wanna be sure. Well heres some pics.

Ok so the harvest is over and the numbers are in.

The ww gave me 75 grams of nice dense nugs, gotta weird smell, that i cant stop sniffing. The taste is ok right now, but i can tell shes gonna be a sweet and pepper kinda smoke. I give her a solid C+, mostly bc of size.

The OG kush is dense and smelly already, and the taste is there already too. She yielded 120 grams of dense nugs. The high is classic og to me knockout. I was ready to put the blunt out halfway through, but the taste held me until it was 3/4 gone, by then i was just too dam high, tapped out!!! Classic og taste. I love it give it a b+, why a b+, one reason touch and feel its not sticky and feels dry but looks and taste great, and gets me stoned af!!!
The GSC yielded 125 grams of sticky dense top nugs the lowers were sticky but not as dense. Shes my favorite. The smell and taste are there already, and she's a knockout on the high. After a couple hits i can feel this shit, i made it halfway through a blunt, but i was so dam high, it took me 4 hours to come down, after cleaning the whole dam house tents included, then raiding the frig!!! I giver a A- !!! Its hard to get a A+ but she was close.
All in all happy with this harvest. 11.5ozs or so. Dont think i can get a pound in this tent with my style of grow, LAZYOLDMAN STYLE!!!! Is it possible hell yeah, with some hydro or some other style yeah just not me. I need a 4x4 to get over a pound with my style. Anyway another one bites the dust. 11.5 and 4 from autos almost a lb. Im ecstatic and these buds aint nothing to sneeze at, i pulled out some old Tropicana Banana that was harvested on dec 17. And smoked out some homies, they was asking me where i got that shit. They wanted to cop some of that. I told him this was dudes last bag! Lol shit i still got about 2 ozs of that shiznit. Heres some pics of buds.And of the next round. Gonna flip them on sunday, thats the plan anyway.

The veg tent only has clones, which are perky as shit i just dont see roots. Gonna do pull test tomorrow and transplant into bigger pots. 1 will go in a 1 gallon, the other in a little seedling nursery pot. Will add ewc and nutes to gallon pot.

Ok so these babes are ready to be flipped. Gonna clean up bottoms, do a top dress on 2 and smaller one gets it 2weeks later. Ill give them a couple of days to recover, then I'll flip lights to 12/12. Looking at monday.
Also the first of the northern lights autos has popped. No sign from #2. And really thinking about getting rid of the clones. Dont really have a need for them. Was gonna spray them with sts to make some female pollen, but timings not right and dont think i have the room in veg tent, so they go to bros or in the trash. Did learn that the little cheap clone tray works great. Both clones have long roots coming through coco. So success. Heres a few quick pics of flower tent.

Ok so did some cleaning up under the canopy, i think i went a lil overboard, but probably didn't. Didnt mess around above net. Also top fed 2 and gave them all some recharge. Gonna wait until i see them recover then flip. If all the branches i tucked are pointing back up, ill flip lights. It wasnt as bad as i thought to get up under the net. Shouldn't have to do it too many more times. Its also kinda fun trying to find spaces to put branches. I see how people can get over a lb off of 1 plant in a 4x4 using scrog.

Well both autos popped, but the bad news is one came up with his helmet still fully on. Im hoping taproot grows a lil to give the leaves the energy to push it off. And then my dumb ass lost the last northern lights auto seed. So got a banana purple punch auto waiting in the wings. Clones will be transplanted tonight, maybe. Might just trash them since im popping seeds for next round. They didnt go to waste. Gonna invest in a bigger dome so i can take a lil bigger cuts. Snapped a few pics!

Day 5 flower babes are doing great, imo. Looks like a carpet of green. Everything is pretty even going across, i expect right side of tent to grow taller, bc its receiving more intense light, cant dim it. And its as high as it can go. Oh well. Really not much going on, been plucking a few leaves blocking light. Day 21 will do big defoli. Will water tomorrow with kelpwater.

Veg tent is coming along around day 6 lets call it. Both plants look normal so far. Trying my hardest to not over water.
Also made some butter, used 1oz of bud(sour d and gsc) it was slightly seeded, and 1oz of trim to a pound(4 sticks) of unsalted butter. Shit smelled good while it was infusing. Used the crockpot method. Let cook for 12 hours or so. Gonna make some brownies today. Im stoked dudes!!! Pics

Ok so butter came out ok. Need to do a cleaning or 2 on it but it looks ok to me. 1st time so i dont know what that is, but its a nice green color so i know it has weed in it!!!! Lol. Also made some brownies, and fucked up the recipe after reading it five freakin times. Wtf. It said to use 1/3 a cup of oil, so im using butter and only used 1/4 of a cup. Dont know why, probably bc i thought a quarter was more than a third, what a fuckin idiot!!! Yes i was and am high!!!! Always oh well got another batch to do. Ill get it right this time. Day 7 flower/Day 9 autos
Everything is looking great, no signs of them struggling. All is green. Stretching good, i guess.
The autos are chugging along. Gave everything plain water. Not much happening.

Looking at the flower tent i need to get second net up and top dress gsc on right side. Gonna water them tonight.

Veg tent is perking up. Gonna hook up iv water bags tonight. Theyre growing pretty good, still hard to tell if they are gonna be small autos, but im thinking they might be average size. Kinda hard to tell when i start in pots this big.

Day 10 flower pics
Watered everything. Hooked up water bags in auto tent. Everything is thriving and green. Plucked a few leaves from flower tent. Gonna drop the 2nd net in a few days. Thinking about waiting until i do 21 day defoliation.

Day 14 flower/Day 17 for clones
Autos are doing great, might actually get something from them. Breeder says 75 days from seed. Had to turn bags down they were dumping too much water... Gotem dialed in now.

Flower tent is a mess!!! Had to defoli right side of tent, bc alot of leaves had water on them and were touching, so cut alot of shit from under net, and mightve went to hard on right side. On left side of tent, gsc is looking a lil yellow, all plants have gotten same, and they have just been top dressed b4 flip. Shes still growing, so not gonna panic. Watered on top last time, will do it again tomorrow and give them all some recharge and kelp. The canopy kinda got away from me, im just gonna let them grow until day 21, then ill do major defoli. Will still pluck a leaf blocking light, or tuck. Top dressed gsc on right yesterday. The og in the middle is just chugging along. Looking good. Still on the fence about using second net. Maybe later on if i get lucky and buds are falling over, ill use it as a trellis. Heres some more pics, they are getting taller, hope they stop stretching soon. Also received bubblebags, set of 8bags 5gallon. 36bucks they seem pretty sturdy. We'll see.

Day 28 flowering
Babes are cruising along. Week 4 is over, done all the defoliation im gonna do, until week 7 or 8. The frost is there on the gsc, not much yet on og. Just been giving plain water. They're fattening up, so thats all really going on in flower tent. Nothing outta the ordinary.
Day 30 auto tent
They are growing pretty good, both plants are flowering and stretching. They look like they have some sturdy stem, that usually means fat azz buds!!! Was gonna go ahead and pop some seeds, but ill wait another week, to see how these 2 finish the stretch. Then I'll be able to see how much room i have left. Gonna start hand watering fabric pot, she doesn't like iv bags. Only bad thing about those bags are the algae buildup in hoses and bags. Might get some covers for bags. But these autos are doing better than i expected. Gonna try some more seedsman autos, even though it feels like a crap shoot, its kinda enjoyable not knowing whats gonna sprout up and how long its gonna veg. I kinda get that feeling when i shoot crap!!! Sometimes u win sometimes u lose.

Also started another hobby that involves taking something and making something to get fucked up!!! Making Wine!!! Got started yesterday making some apple wine...gonna add caramel flavoring at the end to a couple bottles. Weed and wine, what could go wrong!!!?

Day 32 flowering
Gave 2 plants on left some epsom salt, big gal just got plain water, shes looking perfect so far. The other 2 got something else going on. But they are still fattening up and spittin pistils, so not to worried, yet.
Day 34 autos
Looks pretty good in there. The fabric pot gal is struggling for some reason, dont know, shes getting same water. Leaves arent yellowing, just droopy. Like overwatered maybe. Gonna let her dry out. Then give her some epsom. I also top dressed autos with some roots organic terp tea bloom. See how that goes. Gonna take clips off soon. They worked good again. Gonna have to start using them more.

Temps have been pretty high in both tents, around 88-90 in 2x4, and about 90-92 in auto tent. Its that time of the year i guess. Ac not kicking on, so having to open windows at night. And in daytime rest of house is a crisp 71, and room closet is in is 77. Makes a huge difference in closet and veg tent. If i could only vent veg tent to the attic. Oh well just deal with it. Once ac starts kicking on I'll be golden then. Its gonna be a hot summer!!!

Also stopped by my brother's house, and that mfer is killing it this run. 4x8x7, 10 plants in 5 gal fabric pots. Using iv water bags. With about 5 different strains, sensi skunk, glookies, gdp, cant remember others. I taught him well and im proud of his shit. And i reiterated to him, NO LIGHT LEAKS!!! Snap some pics.

Day 42 flower
Babes are starting to fade already, i guess. Gscookies are turning purple a lil bit. Gave them some plain water yesterday. Buds are definitely fattening up. These buds are fatter than last run, went back and checked journal. So far so good.

Day 44 Autos
They are small, but not the smallest I've grown. These Northern Lights autos dont have any trics yet, or very few. And they have no smell whatsoever!!! I've heard alot of people say that there is minimal smell when growing NL photos, i guess the same holds true for autos to. They are swellling pretty good though.
Getting ready to make some more brownies. Tried some gummies, didn't like them too much. I think im a brownie type guy!!!

The gal on the right, gsc, is the tallest plant ive grown indoors ever. 40in. Never had one over 2.5ft. This run is going as expected. Now i just need these seeds to pop. I put them str8 into the soil. I did sprinkle some mycorrhizae into the holes. Its only been 2 days, i know it takes longer doing it this way. Just trying to skip a step, paper towel, but think I'll go back to doing it. Its just something about seeing the taproot that gives me the feeling that its already a plant. But ive had them fail too, so its all up to the god RA!!! Yes im a sunworshipper!!!

Update on veg/auto tent, 5 of the 6 beans have popped, 3 sour patch kids, and 2 sfv og. Gonna give it a few more days to see if it pops. So its officially day 1 for these, gals? Fingers crossed!!!!

These autos are weird AF!!! The back one is growing beautifully, but she has no visible frost, and i grabbed a buds and squeezed, they're rock fuckin hard, but no smell at all!!! These bitches dont even have a plant smell!!! Wtf. Now it is northern lights, and I've heard it doesn't smell up a room to bad, but dam no smell, its like they are fake plants. All the review's say NL is great smoke. They say its been bred into alot of strains out there. We'll see, right now i have edibles in mind for these babes, have to see how it smokes first.

Day 46 for flower tent
The babes are looking done already, wtf!!! Last run they went 63 days. They look like they'll be ready in about 2 weeks day 56. Well i guess they're still swelling, bc most of the white hairs have receded on gsc's. Og still has a few. The smell is strong and the buds are rock hard!!! Gonna start checking trics tonight on these gals.

Day 49 clone/veg tent
These lil gals are chugging along great, no yellow leaves. But the gal in the fabric pot, her buds are forming slowly. Her leaves look ok, a lil clawing but green and healthy looking to me. I dug up the 6th seed, it had a taproot but the shell was still on it, so i buried it again, and watered it. We'll see if it comes up, doubt it, but I'll give it the old college try!!! The others are growing nicely!!! A few pics.

Day 48 flowering
Babes are swelling and looking almost done. Checked trics and they're not ready. Still got 3 weeks. But im gonna keep checking trics, to make sure i dont amber out. Filled up reservoir and poured 1/3 of a gallon over the top of each. Hopefully that'll last until Thursday. Not to worried about these or the seedlings, im worried about them autos. So gonna hookup the iv bags, on Lowest setting. But so far so good, og is look better and swelling, the gscookies are rock hard.
Day 51 nl autos/Day 5 veg
Autos are looking pretty good, watered yesterday, gonna hook up iv bags so they dont get too thirsty. The one is looking very furry!!! Her hairs are starting to turn orange. The other is about a week behind.

Good news all 6 seeds popped. Im happy about that. But that tri leafed plant has got me worried. If she doesnt look better and bigger when i get back, I'll replace it with a blueberry. I guess these 6 will veg for a month or so. Until others get done and dry.

So far im pleased with this run, except for not being able to take plants out, i think i like scrogging. Its a good tool to stretch plants out. Next time i scrog, I'll just go with 2 nice sized plants. 3 is too much for me in this tent with these sized plants. Dam i need a room. Thinking about just converting the whole room into a "growcave"!!! Is that a thing!!?lol take the tv, recliner and coffee table out, and bring in 2- 4x4's along with other 2 tents i could really pump out some trees. But thats down the line, and a dream ive been having. Heres some pics of shit!!!
