Best yield

Say someone was goin to start a grow using a 250w MH for veggin and 250w HPS for flowering. What would be the best route to go with to get the most yield? Would it be to grow 3 or 4 plants and letting them veg for 8 weeks or would it better to grow like 8 plants and veg em out for 2 weeks? Or if you guys got any other ideas feel free to share

With a vegi time of 8 weeks you will not get much light penetration with a 250w. I would do like a sog method.So yeah more lil ones with no/lil vegi time

I don't think you will get the results you want with 3 or 4 large plants under a 250 HPS for flowering. Smaller plants will probably be your best bet.

if you are a new grower probably like few ounces per plant.

ive heard that people can do gram per watt but that is crazy if u actually get like 1000 grams from a 1000watt light

Rule of thumb is 1gpw(gram per watt) when you get good. Of course you have variables like strain,how advanced you are, ect.

How long Could I grow out the plant till the light won't reach the entire plant? 2ft? 3ft?

There is a chart on here where it tells you height and when the lemuns start to fall off. Honestly I dont feel like looking for it. You would want to start flowering around 10in-1ft mark with a 250w. It will double-triple in size when in flowering.

How much you think I'll produce with a plant like the church and critical mass if I beg til 1ft?
