Best Way To Set Up My Room?

Well I am a total noob when it comes to growing, but I have a room that I would like to set up to grow in. Attached is a image showing dimensions.

Basically the room is empty and away from my house so I am not worried about odors, noise, light, etc. I have power in the room, but I haven't quite figured out the water situation yet.

What I am looking for is some advise on how to set up my room. I don't have tons of money to invest, but I am not afraid to invest a few dollars. I currently have a couple of saltwater fish tanks so I already run halides and I am not worried that much about my power bill, but obviously I would prefer to keep the costs down.

If you take a look at the picture you can see that I have about 38 square feet to work with, but I am considering adding shelves in the corners which would obviously add a few square feet.

I would like to set this up for continual growth so if there is a way to do that in this much space I would like to know how.

I am currently planning on just good old fashioned dirt growing, but the hydroponics method sounds real interesting.

I have already ordered some
Northern Lights X Skunk Feminized which came with some free power skunk and a free gigabud seed from Attitude seeds. I don't know if these seeds are the best form my situation, but I have already placed the order so they will have to do.

Well I would appreciate any advise you can give me and sorry for the long post.

Yeah, I figured that Northern Lights would be a good first grow and then go from there.

Your set up just is awesome. Unfortunately I can't do anything even remotely like that, but I have to looks through your threads to see what I can change to make it work for the area I have. I know I do like the idea of a crop every 2 - 3 weeks.
