So ive germinated a few seeds using the paper towel method. They have sprouted there tap root..my question is when planting in small pot should i leave them in the dark or use a plant t5 light i have for them to sprout. Ive heard of also of putting clear plastic over the pots to keep humidty up!? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Yeah i'm stumped as well. I have heard to leave them in the dark but also exposing them to light (IN MY LIMITED EXPERIENCE) has been made them germinate/grow quickly. I even put my seeds in a wet paper towel, put them in a ziploc bag, place them on a Styrofoam plate and place above this square LED lamp I have. That way, heat from the light can help keep it warm. I have seen germinations as soon as the next day from this method, rather than leaving it in a dark place for 3 days. But that's all from my experience. I can't speak for anyone else or guarantee that this is scientifically correct.
I did the paper towel method and put them in ziplock bags they germinated just was wondering if when i place them in soil, if i should put them under some light or leave them in the dark for them to sprout outta the soil.

Can't hurt to put the light on but either way, they should sprout out no matter what. They won't stretch as much if you have em under a light *in my limited opinion*. Which is a good thing if you care about having a strong stem.
Cool thanks for the feedback..just been awhile since ive grown and want them to be able to grow successfully. Ive grown before but it was from a clone.
