Best way to keep smell away

Setting up a small warehouse grow 20x20 however it is in a neighborhood and I can never be too careful. What are my options to control smell? I plan on running multiple carbon filters but I don't think it will make a huge difference.

One of those giant 6ft filters and fan

with a backup generator or ups system, for those rare occasions the power goes out.

is the room sealed or not? depending on if it is or not that will change the amount of air that needs to be moved for being scrubbed vs creating a negative air space.

I’ve had great luck with the original sized Can-Filters. They’re huge, but they work wonderfully. I filter my tents into a negative pressure room and the room exhausts outside through a second can-filter.

There are some strains that are geared toward having minimal smell in flower, I recall Archive had some what they called "low odor" or "stealth" strains with no compromise in potency. I can't recall what those strains are off hand, but I'd say to look into those buzzwords "low odor" and "stealth" when searching genetics.
