Best Way To Get Rid Of Mold w/o Fungicides

How's everyone doing today? Hopefully better than me because today, I just found out that one my lil ladies has a little bit of mold growing on her. I grow outdoors in Florida and lately we've been having some ugly weather, lots of rain (and they call it the Sunshine State) and really high humidity. Just miserable weather for my plants. So as I was saying earlier my baby girl has some mold growing on her and she only has a little more than a month to go. What's the best way to get rid of mold without using fungicides? Do I just pull the affected bud off of her? Money is not an issue but at the moment transportation is so if a fungicide is the best option for her just let me know. The thing with that is I wouldn't be able to get some fungicide until my girl gets in from work. I would seriously hate to pull her up this early.

How much of the plant is affected? More than likely if you are just now seeing it it has already been at work for awhile at the stem and has now worked its way out to visibility. You could cut off the affected parts, but your grow environment is naturally humid and this may not stop it from continuing because of mold spores that can be left behind. Since you are growing in an environment that is humid you may just have to go to a fungicide to at least keep new mold from growing. I suggest you trim off affected first then apply an organic fungicide. If you have any hydro or garden centers they will carry what you need. Hope this helps.

The way I have dealt with mold was to pick out the affected parts even when it was smack in the middle of the top cola, I just picked the molded parts out. But I grow indoors and indoor environments can be more regulated. Once the molded parts were picked out the lights dried off the affected part and stopped the mold growth dead in its tracks.

HORROR IS WHAT I FELT WHEN LOOKIN AT A LEAFDROP AND WHEN I PULLED IT OUT OF A FAT 8 INCH AROUND COLA WITH MOLD ON STEM. WEEK OR SO FROM HARVEST AS AMBER AND BROWN SHOWING ALL OVER SLOWLY. COULDNT STAND TO WATCH SUCH BEAUTIFUL BUDS TURN INTO SLIME. I THOUGHT RETIRMENT AND MEDICAL MARIJUANA GROW WAS FUN AND STILL IS BUT THE MITES AND MOLD CAN MAKE IT ROUGH IF YA DONT HAVE THE TIME TO WATCH AND GUARD AND FIGHT A WAR AGAINST THIS KIND OF CRAP LOL........BEATS BUYING BUD STILL LOL AND THE JACK WITH SLIME BUD IS STRONG AS HECK LOL.........WHAT CLOCK LOL
