How many plants you can fit under any light is relative to how large you let them get, many small plants vs few large plants,it's your call.

Any method of germination can never garuantee a 100% sucess rate, seed viability comes into play.

My method.

Fill a small bottle with room temp ph'ed water then put the seeds in the water, let sit overnight or until most if not all of the seeds settle to the bottom.

Take the seeds out of the water & place them on a very damp paper towel, spread them out about 2 inches apart & fold the paper towel over on itself.

Put the paper towel inside a tupperware container & sit the container where its warm, around 80 degrees works best, now within 24 hours the seeds will be popping, within 48 hours most will be popped, within 72 hours all will be popped as long as the seeds were viable to start with.
