when is the best time to top your plants??
from seed you should wait until they have 4-6 internodes. for clones you can top as soon as they rooted well and have started growing.
and when is the best time to throw them them into flowers size wise? 5x5x7 room[/QUOTE]
that depends on a few things. for that size room you can grow some big plants. in general plants double or more in size from when you switch them until their done. so that will be strain dependent and really personal prefrence.

This worked out really well for me i topped my bigger plants at the 6th internode giving me 4 main tops my smaller ones i topped at 4 or 5 giving me 2 main tops. i have started to bend the branches down and out for optimum light for the whole plant i have tied down the top branches so they are level with the nod below them.. I have seen quite a few grows and i believe topping is better is going produce a lot more and take advantage of my space. pics anyone?
