Best Time to go to Amsterdam

Looking for the best time of the year. When the bud is good and its not to crowde in the coffeeshops. Plus any shops with a special product you recommend. And any outdoor places with a great view to enjoy a j. Think this could provide a great chat and a lot of information.

Best time to go is in November, during the Cannabis cup.

I was talking about going with someone on Cannabis Cup but they brought up the point that everything would be crowded, hotels would be filled up and prices around town might go up a little?

It makes an interesting point.. what do you think BongJuice

same boat, cannabis cup would be ill, but i feel it would super packed and little overpriced as well.

Just so you guys know for around $1000 you can get a flight hotel and a judges pass for the cup its like 5 days in a hotel too, Im planning on a trip then too I even got on the mailing list for when the new package prices are available for the 2011 cup LOL

In that case, I'd go probably this weekend.
The Cannabis cup has been overwidth now for about a week.
And, merchandise is probably 50% off.

Good thinking, prob like how after thanksgiving grocery stores see a lil less traffic cuz everyone is eating leftovers. How is the weather this time of year?

or the day after thanksgiving so you can come scoop up all the candy

I find the bud dont vary much through out the year but hotel and espically camping(did it once in october 200 was cheaper than flights,,I stay in the uk so...
also in winter the cafe are quiter ,central ones anyway...the outer ones I find more enjoyable as there acutal cafe's and not to touristy.

Yea jus like any other well travelled destination. Thanks for the info. Always hear mixed reports about quality of bud. I have heard from some ppl gettin beautiful perfectly cured nugs and others say they got tiny half ass crumbs.
