Best Strain for Yield/Harvest Time

Im looking for a few strains to try out for the best yield (atleast 1.5oz-2oz per plant) and low harvest time (6-8weeks) and with mid-high potency. Growing in a cabnet with a 12 pot hydro setup SOG (see pics below)
These are the strains ive came across so far listed by interest. Please help with input and opinions.

1. Magic Bud/50days/Paradise seeds
2. Big Bang/ 8weeks/ Green Horse Seeds
3. Chronic/ 7-8weeks/ Serious Seeds/
4. THC Bomb/ 8-10weeks/ Marijuana-Seeds.nl
5. Mummia/ 50days/ Grow Doc
6. ICE/ 7-8 weeks/ Marijuana-Seeds.nl
7. White Widow/ 7-8weeks/ Nirvana
8. Pure Power Plant/ 8-10weeks/ Nirvana
9. AK-48/ 7-8weeks/ Nirvana
10. Big Bud/ 6-7weeks/ Nirvana

from what ive read, WW seems to do better the longer it flowers. I would personally try THC Bomb. Ive herd it called most potent and its a fast big budder. Tryin some BC mango atm myself.
 
Thanks guys for the input. I plan on buying 2-3 strains for my first grow. Do you think 400w MH and HPS bulbs would work for my setup above?
 
Chronic. It carries most of its weight in the central cola, ideal for SOG. 400W probably wont be enough to achieve your expected yeild though. Look into Green Spirit from Dutch Passion also.
 
Looks like the "Caddy" grow box there in that pic? No such thing as too much light, just heat. If your light is air cooled your golden. Might think about adding co2 to achieve better results aswell.
 
i love that setup.

hit up a lowryder x big bud or ak47 strain, never tried, but sounds good. and low times for harvesting, extremly low.
 
if you can vent the heat, u will b cool. like said above no such thing as too much light. just too much heat
 
My first desicion was to have the cabinet on my apt. balcony but im not sure how the temps will be during the winter.

Depends where you live i guess. Here it would freeze the door shut im sure :lol:
IMO i think there are too many security issues to have it there but there are people who grow out in the open in pots.
 
i just did a run of 5 ak48 and got one phenotype that was small, branchy, and ended in 50 days.. deisel taste...
my new mom

also.. very narcotic/pain releif smoke... the other longer finishing phenos were more potent but this was no joke!

as far a big and quality iv found a super yielder in the ''K-2'' from seedboutique, i can get a qp a plant in 60 days of flower and its not yo avarage commerical chronic its real fruity..

You mean seed to harvest or just the flower period 60 days?
