Best strain for a cab grow?

Since the 80s I have grown so many strains it’s ridiculous. I always had a nice basement setup to experiment with, along with my backyard New England grows.
Fast forward to my much smaller Florida space! I have an Armoire grow cab that works great, but I only grow a couple cycles per year. I don’t need much and it’s really hot in the spring and summer so I take time off when it heats up down here.
The Armoire folks recommend auto seeds and the two grows I had last winter came out great, but just not the quality I’m used to, potency wise. I suspect due to the auto flower nature of the genetics.
If possible, I’d love suggestions for a strain that kicks ass hard and can be kept short with training, etc. I enjoy both sativa and indica and a hybrid is also fine. I’ve been out of the loop for a couple years, so I have no idea what’s out there now that would be worth my while.

I’m ok with LST training, etc. what I’m really looking for is something that will floor me after 40 plus years of smoking and growing. I only get two shots at this per year, so I need to make it worth my while. I have some Northern Lights auto seeds, but I’m just thinking it will be the same as the other autos- lacking in potency and leaving me wondering what I really should have grown, lol.

Bubba kush is a shorty and strong get that or a cross. CSI humboldt has crosses. He also has original northern lights called northern lites

most archive monbow fems are minimal stretch and dank af. grown a few out myself already, top notch and I think they will work great in your situation.

I know it's a hype strain but legit runtz seems to put out bangers and not too stretchy.

MLK4/ MK Ultra(breeder unknown), and Lemongrass by Humboldt. Short and strong. Both strains are my nite-nite strains, within an hour of a couple hits I'm snoozing.

I'll try to get more info on my MLK4.

I have a 3pk of Do si dos x sinmint cookies - also labeled Do si mints. Do you happen to know if they are regular or fem? I’ve had them for quite a while & always wondered. It’s the only think keeping me from popping them. Because of space I have to be picky.
