you are legally allowed to grow up to 25 plants in alaska

Alaska - NORML

it would have to be grown indoors, but being able to legally grow 25 plants is pretty awsome. plus you would have an easy time cooling HID bulbs and hydro systems

i live in Humbolt,California(north) and there are several things. first there is prop 215, then you have the best conditions(soil, temp, rain,) in the world. this is a know fact by many gardeners. also the city has allowed you to( the general public) being able to carry one ounce on you. you cant grow fields as the dea will get you hard but you can definitley grow 10 plants i your back yard and not worry about getting busted. i love it here

hawaii has the conditions and everything. green harvest wont even fuck with u if u dont have at least a hundred plants. not to mention how lenient they are if u get busted

wow yea Hawaii sounds amazing. Alaska too cause of the legality of it and all

I personally think Cali is the way to go with prop 215. you wanna be in on it so bad get a caretakers card and you're golden.

Its just the damn DEA.

I would have to say high altitude hawaii would beat most growing conditions, but cali has the amsterdam thing going on. the southwest has lots of sun, high altitudes, and cool nights, which beats out most of the country, but I like the california central coast. we have a giant air conditioner(pacific ocean), and the marine layer(fog) overnight. it rains 2 or 3 months, and even the most overcast days have a few hrs.of sun. it'd be nice to get some of the rain they get up north, but then you're dealing with mold issues.
