best spores for a noobie?

what are the best spores for a noobie to attempt to grow? and where can i order them?

my best was brazilian and second best was b+ but your location says nor-cal so the site I used wont send to you as spores are illegal in calli

Although the actual law in CA is a bit vague, unless you can find a legitimate dealer who is willing to send them to you, you are forced to depend on an out of state friend or you might consider purchasing offshore - though that brings up other hazards. Customs frowns upon syringes full of liquids being imported.

I have often wondered how that law works. If it is legal in my state and I never cross state lines then why would I worry about sending them to an illegal state? Can California demand that I be extradited for something that is illegal in their state but not in mine? There is no federal law against spores so there is no penalty for the use of the mail.

Thanks for your input canndo. That avatar had my zoned out for a little. I think I've found a dealer that will ship here. I hate grey areas of law. Wish they were more straight forward with what you can and can't do.

This leads me to my next question what tel is best for someone new to the art? I've been reading up on the popcorn tek and it seem fairly simple but I race horses so I have a unlimited supply of horse poo. So I was checking out other teks using it but am worried that it would be a higher margin for error. Will the yields be the same?

we just learned with golden teachers and bht's no problems off either one except for a couple contams which are our faults.. equal yield on both with pf tek about 4 g's a cake

Do you or anyone else know how this became? I mean, lets just say we were drug warriors and we were in the meetings that decided that shrooms were going to be made illegal. Why did they make spores legal, but not the mushies if they really wanted to stop them? Was the only reason because the spores do not possess an illegal substance? What about marijuana seeds, do they have thc in them and if not why are they illegal? I get the money side of it, give people enough rope to hang themselves with idea so prisons can make a buck, but does is there any other info on this?

Don't be lazy, its easy to make your own syringes, (i've never failed). Just get someone to mail you a print on a piece of tinfoil inside a birthday card.

can you soak dry caps in sterile water to get spores?

ANC I'm defiantly not lazy. But am a loner with no friends to send me a spore print. All the people that I know are just the middle man and can't/won't give me a print. Is there anyway to clone or get a print for dried material?

Yes you can.


But you will have virtualy no chance of sucess unless you are working with agar or unless your original cap was grown in a completely sterile environment - about the only way you can do this is by growing your originating mushroom on agar in a plate, dish, or closed jar.
