Best Small Indoor Grow Method

My second indoor grow attempt. I got this indoor grow going with 2 flood tables.... 1 small(2'x4'), 1 big (8'x4') right next to each other. I got two 1000 watters (Metal halide for now. HPS for later) over the big one and t5 fluorescents over the small. both tables are packed with 6" rockwool cubes. I planted 2 plants per cube.
So can anyone suggest the best method to yield the most and best? I'm leaning towards sea of green (sog) or screen of green(scrog). And if I go with SOG how much should I leave on top? 1/3? 2/3? Any special cutting methods would be sincerely appreciated.
Thanks,

For starters, 2000w isn't a small grow. You definately have at least a mid sized grow here. Secondly, Icannabis is correct and you would get much more yield using those HID's in a slightly larger area. Each horizontal 1000w supports about a 5'x5' area and as much as 5' of vertical growth. Sixteen 5-gal buckets in a 4x4 pattern are often used under a 1000w. There are ways to get as many as 29 plants in a hexagonal pattern under a vertical 1000w.

What grow techniques you use will depend alot on the strain. Some plants respond very well to training, easily branching to create a canopy of colas. Some don't and work better in a SoG with many, untopped, smaller plants.

I don't understand this part. Sea of Green methods use many small plants packed closely together. The original SoG technique was to put rooted clones directly into flowering which causes many strains to grow into nothing more than a bud on a stick.
