If you want LED that will be suitable at under 400W then you will need to go with Quantum Boards or anything else that runs similar diodes. With those you would need at least 320W for 1m x 1m.

I dont know..Around 500€

@TreeFarmerCharlie There isnt any option of QB with good coverage under 400+ w
I dont belive that one 320w board can cover good 1x1m tent..
I would rather go with strips somethig like lumatek.
My advice: Diy and get 4 boards, one for each corner, whatever board you like and prefer.

Euro boards are invisible sun horticulture, led-tech.de, diyleduk but not sure if he has singles.
If you can get your hands on 4 or even 8 qb132 or qb120 it would also do great.

Or go for alibaba, meijiu or kingbrite.

Strips for one meter is hard, would be easier to just get another tent of 60x120 and go for 2 foot strips. this might even be cheaper than kiting out 1m.

Oh yeah, you can do 2x0.5m strips from led-tech.de they are not bad priced but you need some alu for heatsinks and driver. Probably run you about 200e in chips. Add heatsinks and driver and you should be able to do less than 500.

You could get 2x twin heatsink with rspec boards without the drivers and wire for $370 - 10% with riu10 discount code plus delivery.
Then get 2x xlg 200 driver for around $50 each.

Lumatek have just released a 465w pro and non pro version too.
but its like £600
I think lumatek are going to be selling 100w bars separately too.

Are you opposed to building your own? I built my strip lights for my 4x4 for around $500 total. This thread is where I got all the info to build mine.

Couldn’t he just use 22” strips and stagger every other row to fill the space?

Edit: Don't know how I messed up quoting that, but now you all can at least see my question (:

It tends to make a hotspot in the middle
Same thing with double board heatsinks. Getting spread right , in terms of not losing light to excessive hang height, has a high benefit, much higher than the small decimals of ppf/w we argue about regularly. Another way is separate drivers for centre and for edges so you can diall in perfect cover but from experience its not that easy to build.

I dont wanna answer you one by one.. I shouldn't mentioned that any kind of diy is out of equation.. I need some plug and grow type of lights..

@coreywebster When I asked about zeus 300 in other topic, I was ridiculed and named almost a troll..

Surprised to hear that. Most of the folks in the know have seen the testing and pricing on them.
Something that Migro brought up (though on the pro) was the umol/j was actually with LEDs covered unlike a lot of the lights he's tested.
So its beating everything even with LEDs covered. :o
