Easy to grow them fast when you start with half as many.

Think of it like this, we started with one person working and then Carter was President and he made 2 more jobs, which is a 300% increase, now 3 people are working. Reagan comes along and 4 more people get jobs, for a total of 7 people working, this is a 230% increase over the previous administration, even though its twice as many jobs as Carter made. Percentage wise Carter looks way more effective, but in reality he sucks ass.

Due to the fact that Obama is the first black president, history will not be a fair judge of his presidency.

Excuses will be piled on top of each other, and his failures will be blamed on racist obstruction.

No, you're absolutely correct, his ability to be a good or bad president is not determined by his race.

What is determined by his race is his legacy. As the first black president he will be made into a legend. He will be judged by his historical significance, instead of his achievements, or lack thereof.

Warren Harding was the first black president. Look at his facial feature, then compare them to Obama whose facial features are nothing like a black man's. He definitely has some arab in him though.
