You won't be sorry. THIS IS the stuff for pm prevention, PERIOD!!!! I use it up until about 2-3 weeks into flower via foliar, and have used it as a root drench. It not only prevent pm it makes your plants super healthy & strong, which is how it works. Translation- Bigger yields. Costs pennies a week per plant to use, and it's certified organic.

I also use and recommend another of their products, called Venerate, for a variety of pests....also certified organic, and they can be mixed & used together.

I even used the stuff on my veggies this year and they are the best ever!!

I have no experience with this brand but it looks like it's a LOT better built than the ones you can get at lowes. Still, it's only a 55 pint unit, not sure thats enough.

The rating for that model is 55 Pints/Day@AHAM (80°F-60%)

I have one of these that I picked up for $200 on craigslist, it's a fucking beast and has a condensate pump.

I have a Quest Dual 205 thats also a beast but I paid up for that one. I have used Phoenix and they rock. When it comes to long lasting units the ones that are made for flood cleanup are like tanks. The home grade units rarely last more than a year or two, just like portable AC units lol.

I was growing zinnia flowers beside my MJ plants to act as a camouflage with my indoor sunshine grows....not knowing dick-all about flowers, turns out the zinnia flower is extremely prone to PM and hence infected my MJ plants.

Anyhow, I learnt a simple/cheap formula to control/prevent PM from starting, and proved it the next year on another zinnia flower plant.

on the attached pic....this zinnia was impacted with PM, but you can see the homemade formula did a good job recovering it

Ingredients:

1 gallon of water
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid (I prefer Dawn dish soap)

Mix the ingredients together and add them to a spray bottle.

Spray your plants weekly, preferably on overcast days to prevent it from burning the foliage
(or just before lights off in an indoor grow environment)

I’m at 574ft2 so I’m roughly 4500cuft. So those will work for me. Midwest here. Uline!!! Christ that’s the most expensive one I’ve seen lately.

I just had a thought. So the compressor and other components replaceable on these industrial models? Maybe if one was inclined to build there own they could? I don’t think I would attempt, but I’m sure some have.

White vinegar and water, 1 part white vinegar / 16 parts distilled water. Spray it directly on the mold or mildew. All cannabis plants at one time had a natural defense to PM and Mold, and many still do, but some don't. Why is that, who knows for sure, but one known reason is because many of the strains we personally grow are not from where we may grow them, so because they may have never encountered a mold or mildew that is akin to the geographical location the plant is being grown in, the plant might not have any defense from that mold or mildew. Anyway, most cannabis plants secrete the same active compound that is in White Vinegar, it is derived from the plants continuous cell wall production and the stuff that they secrete is used to defend against mold and mildew. So if the plant uses the same stuff that is in White Vinegar to protect its self from cellular intrusion, then why wouldn't any one use white vinegar and water to help the plant kill off what it cannot on its own?

I saw that people were using eagle 20 but I've read a bunch of stuff that says that is not good to use since it not good to inhale. I can't use a sulfur burner because the grow is in my house in a spare bedroom. Any information from you experience growers that have had PM and have dealt with it I would appreciate the help and the knowledge!

Constant and consistent air flow is the only way I’ve been able to escape it. Stagnant air is a breeding ground for mold. As long as you have good air flow, mold should never be a problem.

There are loads of home remedies like this that will temporarily rid the pm...Temporarily being the key word. I went through 2 cycles of pm trying every one of these home remedies and a bunch of products that people raved about, only to have the pm keep coming back. And this was my 1st experience with pm in 20 years of growing, but once it got hold, I was literally fucked! Honestly I was at my wits end and ready to take a break from growing, it was that devastating!!

After 2 shitty pm infested grows, which had tons of ventilation by the way, I threw away my long established strains and started completely from scratch, using Regalia, Venerate, and Armor Si to protect the plants. That grow was harvested late May and was one of my best ever crops...I'm half way through flower on the next batch and looking good again, with no signs of any pm...I do believe (knock on wood) I have it beat.

Now if I could just dial in my super soil recipe!!
