There are tons of breeders out there these days "too many to keep up with".. Here are some of my favorites..

Bodhi "tho his price has skyrocketed over the last few years"
SinCitySeeds "at least you get more seeds for you $"
Gage Green has some great genetics
Archive but again getting pricey..

A lot of the prices on seeds have skyrocketed over the last few years so I've been looking at breeders who offer deals..

I ran across Lucky13 Seeds, so far I am impressed with their genetics.. For 75.00 a pack it's hard to beat these days..

It's my first time running Lucky13 but so far they are outshining several others at this point.. Time will tell how they finish.

Lucky13 Dirty Dancing CBD "Dancing over 9ft tall and still climbing"

Roadkill OG, super funky smelling so far

There are so many breeders out there at this point that it got me looking around to find the best rates.. So far Im pleased with Lucky13, we shall see how the year finishes.

Which breeders are actually still breeding? The market seems to favor f1s and poly-hybrids for 'pheno-hunting' now. I rarely, if at all, see f6 or f7 offered by breeders as stabilized strains anymore. Can't see why any breeder would want to put the work in to create such stable lines just to be outsold by overhyped, overmarketed pollen chucks.

One Canadian seed vendor/breeder has completely abandoned growing fresh stock of their stable strains to instead pollen chuck the American polyhybrids (and is subsequently getting slammed with reports of hermies). Another Canadian seed vendor/breeder has stable lines but won't sell them as stable lines, only f1 hybrids; this seems to be the trend recently with people hoarding their stable lines. There is one company selling pure C99 and Northern Lights in Canada, but I'm not sure they are still in business. A website is up, but with no option to place an order. Last time I visited the site I could place an order via PayPal. I try to not state these breeders/companies names to not be viewed as a 'shill', as a post above regarding Lucky13 looks like.

I can't speak too much for the American scene as I don't follow it much. But I'm under the impression almost nothing coming out of the USA is a stabilized strain at this point?

I would rather have two polys that were hunted from 100s of seeds than an f6 that someone made from selections of 5-6 at a time. It's more than just work. It's damn near wasted time. By the time you spend 5 years on a project someone will stumble into the next GG/Mac/chem and put all your hard work to shame.

Who cares what other people think. Your breeding to your pallet. If others like it. Great. Otherwise your no better than the rest. Chem is an accident. And like life. Accidents will always happen. Play your cards right.

katsu has the gas ⛽. Funky shit. If your willing to spend the 125 that is. He primarily works with sours Chems and ogs. Like it used to be pre2010. Seed prices are dropping dramatically. Because of overbreeding.
But as far as purity. Katsu and compound take their time. And your paying for it. First year hobby will never understand from the jump. But will figure it out in the end.

Barney is bunk

Archive is a really upset, overpriced hater on all breeders

raw has the best customer service but drops way to often

thug pug. Soild all around gas/funk/garlic prices dropped

fresh coast. Partners with thug pug a lot

HSC. Hit and miss. But the hits are winners

cannarado. Chem line is decent

brothers Grimm all around soild. Has epic c99 crosses

ethos. Consistently good flower.Iv heard of herms. But iv never had one. But you’ll never hear about an elite cut coming from ethos

in-house I hear good things about. But I won’t follow that hype

exotic genetix. Prices dropped. And that build a box is hella worth it. Giving the price drop. Genetics are solid for price

greenpoint. That’s my preferred breeder. Their genetics are topping everything iv grown and paid top dollar for. Green point is the future on marketing. Or I feel it should be. Great chem catalog and awesome gas strains for days. Regs and fem.

at the end of the day. It falls on the growers
Choice of practice.

My 2 cents, Oregon Green Seeds, breeder and seller, lots of older genetics bred for the outdoors in the PNW, at reasonable prices. Kingdom Of Organic Seeds, veteran breeder, specializes in sativas, also very reasonably priced with good customer service, in my experience. Greenman Organics, another long time breeder and reasonably priced, also with killer older school genetics. Lymerising Farms, up and comer, growing his strain called
"The Work", outdoors right now, very impressed so far! I prefer to buy direct from the breeder these days.

F2 is where you get most phenotypical expression. F1 plants are very similar in appearance. I'm not a breeder so I don't want unstable genetics. I want IBL or S3 seeds which have been stabilized by hard work and keen senses of the cultivator. People like Mean Gene and Kevin Jodrey.

If I were pheno hunting, sure I'd want those unstable genetics. Then again, I could just spend a few months and do that myself. There is no skill in creating F1 polyhybrids and no real reason to buy them even for pheno hunters because those who are into pheno hunting would do just do their own crosses and sift what they want themselves.

LemonHoko, TwoDogSeeds, Jinxproof, EazyDazeCultivators (Regs or fems), BlessCoast, Katsu, are all worth buying 100%
Too many notable mentions/worth the $$ to remember, Dominion seed company is very respected for a reason, Jinxproof has fire and is a great person, crickets & cicadas has dumbass fire, Freeborn selections, Calco Genetics, Blackbird Preservations.

Everyone I mentioned above has put in a lot of work hunting and stabilizing genetics, and for the most part, take the time to give you details on what to expect. I really appreciate learning what all those people consider to be quality cultivars!

Weird scenario. No decent breeder is getting to f6 and only selecting from 5 or 6 phenos each time. There are, however, a shitload of breeders making f1's from a couple of ten 10 packs.

My opinion is if you're making so many strains that you cant even post pictures of the progeny, you're a chucker. Thats about 90% of the industry I'm afraid.

It's not that weird because there aren't that many "decent" breeders who have taken things f6+with good results. Take a lot of time money and space to do it right and the end results rarely justify it

I'd agree, usually by f3 or 4 its shite.

Would you reccomend ordering anywhere specific for in-house? I’m in the northeast of the US. I’ve seen attitude, seed cellar and a few other. Attitude selection is fire but the UK amazon gift card is a little weird to me. Not sure how I’d access UK Amazon... Any suggestions? Also... not to ask a million questions, have you heard or ran 00 seeds? Might throw some of their beans outside this year
Thanks!!!
AttitudeseedbankUS.com
They have an, US version of attitude now that’s much easier- if you don’t like it use - gaslampseeds.com - seedcellar is a good one I use them too.
