I'm not going to pick a specific one. But in general for vegetative phase you want high Nitrogen which is the first number with medium phosphorous (the second number) and medium potassium (the third number). For blooming you want lower nitrogen, high phosphorous and medium potassium. I don't know if I would go to the trouble of going to a place that makes custom fertilizers. That would be expensive I would think, and what happens if their mixer screwed up on your batch? I would personally stick with a commercial brand like Fox Farms or Advanced Nutrients.

15-5-15 for grow
8-12-24 + 2%MgO for bloom

Or just get VitaGrow and make whatever NPK you want. VitaGrow comes in a box and doesn't have a fancy label. It is however the same chemical salts in the other much more expensive bottles of watered down chemical salts.
https://www.vitagrow.com/products.php
Part A = Micronutrients 3-10-20 $9.95 lb
Part B = Calcium Nitrate 13-0-0 $5.95 lb
Part C = Monopotassium Phosphate 0-49-29 $9.95 lb

A pound of each is enough to make well over a hundred gallons for under $25. Same stuff that Advanced Nutrients and the others use. You're just not paying for a bottle of the same chemicals watered down with a fancy label on the bottle so some guy can buy a new Lamborghini every year.
It took me two grows of wasting my money on all the overpriced crap with some stupid name like sooper dooper giant bud blaster before I said to hell with this nonsense and started using VitaGrow. Nothing but healthy plants since. Go over to the marijuana plant problems section and you'll see that most of the people having problems are using nine or ten bottles of stuff from the big name nute companies. And then they all speculate on what deficiency they have and end up dumping more crap on their plants. Over fertilization results in both lower yield and quality.

You can also get all of the chemicals to mix your own here:
