Best methods for a bigger yield?

Been growing for a while but just came into some issues. I’m gonna need my setup down in a couple months. I got 3 Colorado Chem feminized seeds going right now and they’re about 2 months old or so and very healthy. I’ll take pictures later on. I’ve topped each of them twice so far and have plenty of pretty thick shoots going now. I’m under 600w right now but can go up to 1000w or even super lumen. I’m just looking for your guys best opinions for a bigger yield at this point? Should I LST and hold so branch’s down or should I just let it do it’s thing naturally with some normal picking here and there to let the light reach?

LST should have started early. SCROG them, keep fertilizer to a minimum and pour the light on. The more watts the more pot.
