Best lighting scedule for new plants?

Hi, im doing a micro grow as we speak, and im wondering what would be the best lighting schedule to maximize yield and minimize grow time?I have had them on 24/0 since they sprouted. They are some sort of Indica

18/6 for atleast 3-4 weeks.

Yeah go with 18/6. 24/0 isn't any faster, and only helps increase your electric bill.lol
