Best light hang for cfls

hopefuly this works! go to this for an idea on how to hang ur cfls. its a lil crappy but i did it kinda rushed. if u like it cool if not dont use it! lol jk tell me wht u think bros!!!

this is the cheapest bes way using 45 watt cfls and a powerstrip with addapters. lemme know wht u think!!!!

doesnt look like a bad idea. the weight might pull the plug out of socket. watch for that

My ghetto little setup is a power bar with socket adapters and 1 Y adapter for the time being..... It's actually suspended with a shoe string too.... It's been doing well for me. It's just a little awkward dealing with a power strip lighting fixture....

the only down side i see to your setup is it kinda limits your options about how you can put the lights around the plants.. i've seen these before and have always thought the same thing.. is it easy for you to hang that strip around the plants so that the lights are close enough and in the right spots for your plants? if so, thats great..

i use a $10 light bar, 3 Y splitters, 6 bulbs, great for top light. hangs by 2 chains and is adjustable.

I have a different cfl set up i installed three light fixtures on a pices of white plastice shit.....each fixture holds 3 27w 65k cfls..... heres a pics its a little messy on top but it works great...rigged on a pully system

Cool set-up man, I dig the 'Y' adapters that go right into the power bar, never seen that before! I have a pretty complex rig of cfl's myself, so I can appreciate the 'fine art' of placing them strategically around the plant. Check out my grow sometime if you get a chance. Cheers.

check out the link in my sig. i got a 12 dollar light thing(they go above bathroom mirrors) from lowes. its got 4 sockets, put a splitter on each thats 8 lights. hanging it is very easy and its nice and solid
