Lets say money was no problem at all...What LED's would you purchase? And lets say you could have as big of space as you need for said LED to grow x amount of plants. And if possible, please state why.

Probably Area-51 for me. Lifetime warranty is hard to beat, plus they look like great friggin' panels.

It may be a no name chinese light... but I haven't had a better LED light and on top of that they are not crazy expensive so scrooge gets to keep some of those riches lol

I would spend a lot of time dicking around with the software... Powerful, also- 1012uMoles(at PAR) at 63cm or 1138uMoles total at 63cm.

Hydrogrow has a great light, but horrible business ethics. The company it's self drives most away from it's good products. But I believe that the design is now being produced by the chinese(ripped off) so it is soon to be generic. Which is probably why they have a new light with limited info, to make a new name before their extreme goes chinese cheap.

These are the lights I'd buy if money weren't a problem and I had a ton of space to work with:
Apache Tech
Lumigrow
California Lightworks
Illumitex NeoSol
and that heliospectra looks pretty badass too
I'd get at least one of each and see which one was my favorite. Right now I have the apache and it's awesome so if low wattage is important to you it would be the way to go. lumigrow and california lightworks are higher wattages with larger sized leds and are quality made, they are some beastly lights that are proven to work very well. The neosol is somewhat of a mystery to me that I'd like to explore. And that heliospectra is quite intriguing as well, seems to be well made with a nice output.
So if money is no object, i'd recommend picking up more than one brand of light that way you can know for sure it is the best light that works for you. everyone has their own opinions about which lights are worth the money. some people like low cost ones that are cheap to replace, some like paying for quality and service. personally, i don't mind spending extra to support local businesses and companies that aren't contracting out to asian manufacturers/suppliers to get their costs down if it's a well made product.

( with some of it's features,already "known" from High quality HID hoods ...)
And then make a (DMX based ,probably ) software to give the ability of "mixing " the channels ....
A "scientific " light .....

I would have got ,the "best " to build my light ..
Pay a shitload of money to i.e . Guod & Knna ,to make me the best light outta there ...
Specially for mj ....
Specially for my needs .."Freedoms & limitations " ....
It's another thing having a light that is a "work-horse " and another thing a light ...
that firstly needs it's own power generator (600 Watts ! Economic .... ) and secondly it's own cooling duct system ...
( But allows one to be a light ray ...dj ...
For research it is a great fixture ..
For my average grows ,ain't the best choice ,no ..... )

I think you may have misread the question player
no I did not misread. Point is the only reason I use LEDs is because of the price of power. Given that MONEY is NO object I would go with Traditional proven methods of lighting. MH, HPFS and Fluoro have been in use by the Ag industry long enough to know how to use it to its maximum benefit.
Right now I use cheap ebay LEDs in combo with PAR T5 HOs cause power costs.

I would probably get a Lumigrow Pro 650. Those things seem to be amazing.
