no I am not familiar..but have seen Prodigy, M. Manson, NIN, Floyd 3 times, The Greatful Dead 6 times, Moody Blues 3, Rush 11, Led Zeppelin, ELP, TSO $ fixing to be 5....always tripping for all shows ..was coked out when in the Baton rouge band...wild ass shit then...lol

Hells Yeah TooL is the Shit! I've seen them 9 times over the years starting back in 1993 in Hawaii. Danny Carey is the baddest drummer ever IMO! They are Killa live and sound fucking awesome every time I have seen them. One year we drove 3 hours to see them at Lollapalozza. We got there right as snoop was ending his set, TooL came on and killed it! We left right after their show. Maynard was dressed like a chick. He had a big red wig, big fake tits and shit. Fucking Hooker with a Penis. LOL Ive seen him dressed as an evangelist for the whole show in a suit and white wig holding a bible for the whole show. Seen him painted all blue also. Definately my fave band! "I will work to elevate you, just enough to bring you down."

Carey is fucking good, but so many other mad talented drummers out there. Heard of Saosin? Alex Rodriguez is a fucking beast when they went on tour for the first time he'd only been playing drums for 5 years.
check out Voices dude, I've been playing for 10 years and I can barely manage to play that song at reduced tempo. He was playing for 3 years when that song was recorded, fucking mutant.

I am actually considering going with the 357 Magnum LED instead of traditional HIDs for my first grow. Less power, less heat, more light spectrum and the ability to dial in the spectrum based on what stage you're in. I'm just hoping that for 700 bucks that it's not just another compelling story... http://357magled.3dcartstores.com/
Going to continue to research it for a while before I buy to see if anyone has had any luck with it.... I can go out to HTGSupply and buy traditional HIDs for cheaper but the prices on HIDs vary so wildly between the different brands that it leaves me scared to buy any of the cheaper stuff for fear that they're complete crap.

I and many people I know are running HTG gear...inexpensive but works awesomely.....check out the links for cmh bulbs a few posts back...do whatever you decide ....just hate to see you waste money for paltry results.....

Seems that the "red plastic" works pretty nicely. Especially the UV diodes that make up for HPS terrible lack of ultraviolet intensity.

Seems my Supernova LED works just fine for me also! Why all the H8 on the LED's? What the only lighting technology to use is MH/HPS? Whats wrong with using an LED light that produces no heat, saves on my electric bill, and produces killa results? Yeah a quality LED is expensive, and I could have bought some badd asss HID lighting for the cost of my LED but i am totally happy with my light and I definately have no regrets spending the loot. Anyway thought I would add a few pics from my first ever grow. 5.2 oz. dry from 3 autos. Buds were dense, smoke was great, and all my boys thought it was killa!! I was pleasantly surprised from the success of my first grow and how well the light performed. On my second grow now and I'll be harvesting 5 autos this week.

Well chronic it's a proven fact by trichome tech that it doesn't produce as much grams per watt the HID's. Now they may be good for supplemental lighting more uv rays but still doesn't have the nut. Plus the cost of them is ridiculous.

Thats pretty untrue. The wattage rating on most LED lights is the maximum wattage allowed for those diodes. The diodes are ALWAYS running at a maximum of 60% of that wattage, most actually at 50%. There is no loss of lumen output running at 50% as the increased energy that would go into the diodes just produces additional heat rather than light. So im most circumstances when someone has a 300W panel, it is only drawing 160-170W. My man just harvested 27 zips (weighed after 5 days of drying so we will call it 25 zips) from 600W (actual draw) of LED. Thats 1.16 G/Watt and those were from some shitty clones too. Hes working on another grow, actually a lot of people are, and it is basically a LED g/watt race to the moon.
His name on here is ledbudguy. There is plenty of misconceptions regarding HID/LED. I use both LED has really changed how my crop looks and yield vs. the dull old HPS. However I need the heat from the HPS, so I decided to leave it in instead of wasting the energy on heaters.
