I recommend the mars hydro COB to you, the coverage is 2.5'x2.5', it's must suit for you, and COB is popular led grow light series, many growers like COB, I didn't agree DIY, it is not safe, I have bought the mars hydro from Joy, she is very kind and help me a lot, you can contact her to get more information and professional answer, her email is [email protected] . maybe she can give you discount too:)

Going by the name I supposed you are not us based lol

You are reporting us many trash led lights that are nowhere worth the price.
You could look at the HLG 135w quantum board kit V2, this is available in the EU and plug & play. This is without a doubt better than the lights you have posted since now, look at PAR efficacy:
Optic led 1 xl - 2.1 umol/j
HLG 135w v2 - 2.4 umol/j
next light mini - 1.7 umol/j

You can also build your own light, that is not hard and there is no need to solder!
Many advantages going diy.

I think I’m going for the HLG 135w quantum board kit V2. I can just change it to an EU plug right? The 3000k version would be the best for veg & flower right?

You should write to HLG and ask for their eu distributors, don't buy from the US.
Price should be around 200eur

The V1 version is available in EU with 3000k and 4000k, they also have the V2, but only in 4000k. I guess I need the 3000k for veg & flower right? So that will be the V1. But is there a big difference between the V1 and the V2?

Price difference between V1 and V2?
I would get the V2, any estimated time of arrival for 3000k V2?

Ppl more informed about the increase in performance will chime in

The price difference is just about €20. I just send them an mail when they would expect the V2 3000k, but I guess it will take a while. The price difference isn’t that important for me. If the V2 is just a single percent better I’ll just get the V1

By the way do you think I can also run a 260w in a 2x2.5?

If I recall correctly, the efficiency difference is around 8%? Someone else will probably chime in with the official numbers.
