Hey there...I want to know if there is a cool free/cheap and a RIGHT way, to auto-water my plants for a long period, like 3-4 days!!
If following a method like that will be bad for my plants, then please tell me about the best way to do it, even if not cheap

You can set up a drip system for around $20 and they work great. Ive been thinking about doing a write up since I haven't seen one but Ive been busy busy

As Ringsixty said, a well watered plant should be fine for 3 days. Anything less than that tells you maybe the pot is too small. It Could also be you're not completely saturating the media or you need more moisture holding material like peat or vermiculite in your mix if they are dry faster than that.
There are many different ways to passively autowater a small op. Search Blumats or Hempy buckets.
