Best BHO in Colorado?

I have sampled and reviewed a number of MIP manufacturers here in Colorado, and I Have been pretty disappointed with my results! I have noticed disgusting poop soup getting packaged up by Colorado Concentrates and 710 labs, both leaving extreme carbon cookies on my domeless, sometimes almost green. I notice residuals everytime from Huxley flake! RMR does ok in preserving terpenes and leaves less residuals, but still leaves something. I am sure I am forgetting a few others, regardless these inconsistencies are troubling! Sometimes it's ok, and other times it is not for consumption!

I am concerned about quality control with our Medical Community and BHo, I know properly purged Bho is ok, that is not my quarrel, it is lack of care when sending this stuff out to the dispensaries for patients.

Please, anyone feel free to leave your experiences here with Hash Processors from Colorado, good or bad so that we may start isolating the better companies and helping them excel within our community, rather than those who send out poison and or inferior products!

Who are the best Hash makers in Colorado?

I have Stay Concentrated ready to be reviewed in the next day or so.

I obviously love hash oil, particularly well made BHO and home made qwiso.

I haven't been making my BHO lately as I feel my yields are better with qwiso..
Back on topic;
consistent quality is hard to find amongst the endless vendors producing BHO..(shit 75% of them label as cannabis concentrate...and don't even list what solvent was used!!!

I've only heard that Native Roots is a reputable vendor, so can not validate..

The one and only vendor that has been completely consistent, lists the solvent used, has the” Medically Correct” label, and lists residual N-Butane at less than 50 ppm.

To add to Chewy's post, if anybody is aware of other vendors that hold themselves as accountable as Top Shelf, please post up...

The bad BHO on the shelves, that may not even be BHO (lots of vendors are using hexane)..are giving solvent concentrates a bad name, and this is not the case..

Be careful of what you are buying; ask your budtender questions, if they go” uhhhhhh”..

If anyone wants to see some melt shots of nasties it's on my Instagram! I have countless videos doing multiple strains from the same companies over and over to show consistent trials! As well as from different dispensaries (same MIP) when I put a company on blast it is because I have tried well over 25 strains each of the company to formulate an opinion! Just For inquiring minds! I have hundreds of videos that aren't posted as well on my mac!

I hear what you guys are saying though. I've seen many videos and pics of concentrates that literally make me gag because I just know what it tastes like. It's making me gag now just thinking about some of that nasty stuff out there.

Friend in Longmont makes this, this was from my TGA qleaner run and its laying flat on my leg. No background light shining through, beautiful in clarity and color, dabs amazing.

Of course what you put in you get out.

He charges 20% of output when you supply your BHO, he is taking new clients if youre close to the Boulder-Longmont.

Does he have a MIP license?

I am going to go with no, he does it private party and does not resell any of the product. He dabs his 20% commission.

Well, for now medical because of the urgency of health! After we establish a firm "Purity" blueprint of the MMJ market here, we can move on to Recreational, but for now those things are still new and undiscovered because of the lack of recreational marijuana stores!

Haha, I made a similar post a lil while ago that my router ate. lol. I also bought a few different brands a few days ago that I had not tried before. Very interested in finding good bho that still has good flavor.

The Clinic is my go to so far. Their selection, quality, smell, and flavor has been unmatched so far. I've had lots of their budder and shatter and have not been disappointed. I usually get "The Lab" stuff they sell at a premium and claim was made with top cola bud.

Top Shelf was mentioned. Very good and they have the stamp etc. Have tried a few dif grams of their shatter. Although I had some Durban poison from them that i swear tasted like gasoline, lol

I have tried shatter and some budder from Kind Love. I know the shatter was Stay Concentrated but can't remember if the budder was the same. Very good stuff.

Yesterday I finished off the last of 3 diff grams of shatter from Pink House. Very clean, nice taste, although not as tasty as I like.

I have had multiple different shatter, taffy, pie crust, ice wax, and house reserve nectar from TGS(IVXX?). The shatter is nice although they are dumb and just glob it in a glass jar. Not impressed with any of the other stuff. All thought the nectar did have some nice effects.

I got some AMAZING Ice wax from Trill Alternatives in Denver but not sure who the label was.

I just tried a some of Huxleys flake I got from LaConties 2 days ago and it was pretty bad.

Same with 3 different grams of Better Concentrates by sweet mary jane from BotanaCare. I just did a dab of each. First they all seem wet, and a weird budder like consistency but not quite. They also smell to me of chlorophyll or some kind of plant material. Didn't taste super great either.

I love The growing kitchen edibles like the choclava, but have had questionable hash from them that I would like to mention! It left a Lot of residuals and almost black taffy hash I have seen from TGK! I had a shatterish consistency from TGK as well that felt like plastic! Weird! I had more bad hash than good from them to say the least! Once I had a clean batch though!

I'm not entirely sure what to look for. But would be very interested in info on how to tell what is what...

I've only been here 4 - 5 months or so, cant remember atm, lol... so I'm somewhat new to bho but pick up quickly. ... I've been trying different methods of using concentrates. I'm not such a huge fan of nails in general. I've tried Ti, glass, quartz, dome/domeless. A few differnt pens which are all pretty bad. And until recently I was using the SSV oil kit. And the past week or so I've been using a glass wand setup with a 2' water pipe. I seem to enjoy that the most so far but sill experimenting.

I am so glad that I am not the only one who feels the same as the crap that gets passed off as concentrates at some of the dispensaries. I used to be big into BHO but have recently moved to using the ice water extraction with bubble bags using Frenchys technique. Anyways, I know its not BHO but what I make can be dabbed and leaves only a little residue behind.View attachment 2925555

Sorry guys, I'm still somewhat noob with BHO. Can you explain what exactly the problems with 710 labs shatter is? I picked up a gram today and think its pretty dank! Paid an arm and a leg for it but it destroyed me!

No problem, all hash should wreck you, and if you don't have a domeless nail with a clear view of the residuals you will never know I'm not sure why, but it seems 710 labs sends out wet product that stains the parchment, and leaves nasty black cookie residuals! This is in my city, This may not be the case with some of thier bigger clients up north Colorado, as I believe they invest more care and effort into thier end product for companies like the greenest green! Doesn't seem right to me! Anyway I will run some more reviews and determine if my suspicion is correct!

Telling you man, I did one dab of this stuff yesterday and I was straight FRIED. I agree that most BHO is overrpriced SHIT but this stuff was actually really surprising. Only(lol only) 40/g too. But hey I should be down in Denver later today, you can try some for yourself! lol srs though I'm new here in CO and don't have any stoner/grower friends..I'd love to meet up with a fellow forum member!
