Best bang for my buck for $400

Ok so im looking at some feminized seeds coming in from nirvana if anyone has a better rep spot to buy seeds please let me know...

I want to hear the best ideas for an indoor grow box/drawer Setup with soil and best equipment possible
So far i already have a $125 air purifier.
so for about 400 bucks what can i make happen?
Stealth design would be nice if cost effective and
I want my plant to be able to yeild atleast 100+ gs of dried product from soil maybe utilizing the lst method... I would like to source locally but can purchase online if necassary
One light i thought of maybe considering would be the
Htg 400w hps/mh light for $120 (high yeilds)

Basically what would you do?

Well you have to think of the dimensions of the box/grow room in order to figure out the sort of ventilation you need. You should replace the whole volume of air at least 15-20 times per hour (2-3 times every 10 minutes).

Then you need a 400w light with a reflector of some sort. A cool tube is a great investment for a reflector if your space is limited and temps are hot, but the reflection isnt as good as a hood.
Soil? I suggest Canna Cocca (can mix your own if you want).
Nutrients (essential) at least a A&B growing kit - a&b meaning veg and flower or different types of nutrients.
PH tester (pretty important - but i have managed without them by just watering with pure water if i see problems from too much nutrients)
Pots? Bigger = better. Square or round. Make sure they are black/dark in colour to prevent light reaching roots and stunning the growth + have drainage holes or you could stab some in . (I use 4 gallon round)

Grow tents can be very pricey so you could make you own if you look into it.
With 400 id go:
Light: 400W (200 max) including reflector so like 80 for a reflector
nut: $50
pots: find some
Soil: make own
Fans: 50

Craigslist and ebay. On ebay make sure to select "used" you'll be surprise the people getting out or upgrading and selling for very cheap.
