Anyhow, i'm 33 and have been smoking since 1995. I just started growing a year ago so i was a consumer for many years now. i prob smoked on average 6.7 days a week in that timespan. i've spent a lot of money on weed through the years in a lot of different places traveling etc. First agenda on every vacation was securing a bag of pot for my journey. that meant finding dealers, getting ripped off in spain, almost in fights in maui and mexico, almost arrested in maui, etc. lot's of fun!

sorry for rambling, back to topic ----> Best 5 bags of bud you have ever bought. (not grown yourself or given to you, etc. we all started somewhere before growing unless you're a lucky hippie kid)

5. Haze - 2007 from a dealer in houston, tx that supposedly sold to beyonce etc. he got it from cali. straight fire little nugs that would keep me high 3-4 hrs clear headed and focused.
4. Crippie - 1998 originally from miami, fl. my old roomie in college would bring it back to school when he went home during holidays. 1st time i smoked it i didn't move and was high for 4 hours. dense nugs, cool bluish colors, really smooth smoke, imagine blue dream-ish way back.
3. Maui Waui - 1997 from a dealer in a ABC store maui. it smelled like a light fruity tea, i thought it was fake until i smoked it. only bought a little bag (3 gr) but it lasted me for a week! i even brought some home to show friends.
2. Silver Haze - '03 in amsterdam at Green House i think... i asked for a pure sativa and got it. silver dense nugs with a crystal dust on it and that would keep me high, alert, heady, smiling, and taking in the scenes for hours. Van Gogh museum was crazy visual on this stuff. i almost thought i was in his paintings.
1. Aztec Gold - 2001 in interlocken switzerland. it was a head shop like place i remember and was kind of covert. wasn't legal, but decriminalized i think. he only had 6 stains or so. i asked for sativa and he recommended a local grown aztec gold grown in the mountains behind him he pointed. best stuff ever. purple stem, purple leaves, all light purple buds. sativa looking long thin buds but the smoke was so uppy and calming at the same time. pure euphoria - i was in heaven.

"Outdoor" - Northern MN. Not super potent, but the greatest taste and fantastic high. Smoked a rolled cigarello with a good friend driving South from a visit to Northern MN. Probably the best session I can remember. The high was pouring out of my eyes. The high had to have lasted about 6 hours. Relentless.

NL - from a Widespread Panic show in 2001. I think I paid $60 for what was probably 2-2.5 grams. It might have actually been worth it. In the parking lot 2 kids cracked open a 5 gallon bucket of some amazing buds. People just started lining up. 1 looked out, 1 took money, and 1 gave you the buds. No bags, they just dropped it in your palm. It was the most beautiful weed i had ever seen. Drop dead stoned, potent, but the bag appeal was what really did it.

I am sure you had to use those chamber screw apart metal pipes where you would stash a bowl inside the pipe to get resin on it in hopes to get REALLLY high later. those were some dank buds too... would burn for 2 days inside your pipe (300 hits per bowl) and you would have to clean it out eventually because you got some fresh stuff and reloaded the chamber.

2.) Beach Blend: Back in 07 That grower who introduced me to the bubba had a lesbian sister who was my friends aunt, & we went on vacation to Virginia where she lived. She was an incredibly rich lady, shes traded & sold weed to a bunch of celebs & what not. Anyway I was swimming in there pool with my friend & these girls who lived there. The aunt came out with a ball jar of buds FILLED to the top with this stuff she goes "This is the Beach Blend Just picked a month back, its been curing to perfection! have at it guys just save me a nug or two." this lady just gave us (the whole family who was visiting) 3 ounces of this FIRE to smoke for one week of vacationing... we were IN AWE! Was definatly one of my favorite vacations ever. Abut anyway, I just remember pre rolling joints & blunts & smoking this bud every where we went in Virginia. the taste of the beach blend made me spoiled to the weed I was smoking when I came back home on the east coast.

3.) Original Sour Diesel/Haze/Jack Herer from New Jersey. I have a pothead brother who lives in the northern part of jersey & he always told me how jersey was known for having incredible sativas! Hazes & Sour Diesel mostly. & he comes to visit me one year I believe this was in 08, I could be a year off. Anyway he brought up an Ounce of the ORIGINAL Sour Diesel(THE smelliest bud i've ever had the chance of smelling) which was prob my 2nd favorite bud I remember smoking. Another ounce of Haze which was soo light fluffy & covered in crystals. & a small piece mabe a quarter of Jack Herer. All of these buds have a similarity that also just STICKS in my mind, every time I get one of these strains or one similar I always say " Smells like Jersey!" Really surprising, We had a blast. Every where we went people would smell the sour on us before we even had smoked it!

4.)Sour OG- Had in California Last year when I visited a friend down in Corona! Excellent bud!


5.) 91' Pure Kush- Also had in California same time as the Sour OG. This bud was probably just as good as the Bubba Kush I had in 06, but I always forget about mentioning it some reason. tasted like marshmallows after exhaling! most stony weed I probably ever smoked.
