best 150w active air heatsink

Looking for the best / most cost effective 150w active air heatsink, does anyone have any suggestions?

I've had a look around and found the Mechatronics COOLBAY GIGA-A/B & Tera line but I was curious if there is anymore legitimate high watt heatsinks around?

Those are a couple great choices there for passive and they will handle way more power than 150w (tera a). They can protect the COB up to about 450 watts.
