Bending or breaking

i've been growing train wreck for 6 weeks starting flowering tomorrow can anyone tell me about bending or breaking the stalks before flowering

Are you talkin about LST'ing? If so, it is pretty easy just as long as you are careful when you do it. Here is a pic of mine. I have 3 AK47 that are like 28in tall and 1 AK47 and 1 Northern Lights that are like 19inches tall. I did not like having to sit the short plants on top of things to raise them up to the height on the tall ones so i LST'd the tops on the tall ones and now they are close to being on a level playing field and now my hps is closer to all of them. You can see where i put a circle on the pic of where i made the bend. You just have to be careful when you bend it that you dont bust the stem. Take your time with it and then when you get the bend done, just tie a string to the top and the other end to the main stem so it will stay bent over.

Lately i have been just breaking my stems over so they are basically laying on the pot, they form this huge ass knot and you get a lot of colas, its been workin out really good for me

also do you know if there is any left over thc in the plant, like after i'm finished the grow and i'm smoking the bud can i make tea or cook with other parts of the plant and still get a high...i really don't want to waste any part
