Beginner lighting question

Hi all, I'm completely new to growing and was wondering if the light I'm using is sufficient and if not, what is something cheap and locally accessible to replace it with?

I'm currently using a: T8 18'' plant and aquarium grow light. 15 watts and 510 lumens. Here is a link for it: 49892 - Specifications - GE Commercial Lighting Products

I just started growing 6 plants in a space about 3'x3'. I know this isn't much space for 6 plants, but I'm not growing to full height before moving to flowering.

Thanks:mrgreen:
