Been on 12/12 for a week, no sign of flowering?

Short version= a plant may not show sex within a week of 12/12. If you start a plant from seed and go straight into 12/12 the shortest Ive seen them sex is about 18 days. A mature plant ready to flower can start budding within a week, but not always. Just leave it alone and keep the 12/12 schedule you're already on.

And yeah males typically grow faster/better than females.

you and i my friend need to stay in touch. i really want to hear how this works out. and i would try to breed these two plants buuuuut the big one is from regs and the small is from a much better quality bud. so its prob not a good idea to mix them, might kill the quality of the cryp one. or would it only make it better? im not to sure how it works, i know the basics but thats about it.

ive had really weird results, i orginally did it to try to make a thc producing plant like mint or ginger or to make sticky change its look so that you an put it in plain sight and not raise attention, Lol but where im havin problems is thc is produced as a defensive mechanism for repelling bugs and such and its hard to place the deoxyribosenucleac acid in certain plant that dont have similar defensives, so most of it is just researching micro biology. if i come up with something ill send you some seeds, all i ask is you give some seeds to some of your friends, id love to create some bud that can hide anywhere, thatell be a big middlefinger to anti-marijuana enforcers.
 
awesome ill grab one once i have the cash and ill add it to the ones i have, maybe ill grab another as well, this would be good for the flowering stage right?

i flowered some cuttings with it and they did great, it was better than the plant it came from when i smoked and honestly i took some leaves off the clone just to get an idea of quality, and i felt like i smoked 2 bowls of sinsamilla bud, i never got that kind of quality from just two leaves.
