Yes you can, but it's not recommended. Any stress caused to the plant in flowering is not always a good idea.
 
I would go for it. Get one or two and make your clones off of them when they root. It will be a while, then they will have to regenerate. It will be worth it and it shouldn't interfere with your girl. Just take bottom branches that won't turn to much anyway.
 
Do it, you won't be sorry. Yes, it might take a couple days longer than normal, but it's worth it, due to the extreme branchiness of the plant it produces. Try it, you'll see what I mean. :wink:
 
yeah i have been reading about flowering clones it looks like they branch like crazy..gona try this one thanks man
