Beans From Attitude

When I order, what is the charge going to show up as on my Credit Card? do they have a bogus name or is it going to show up as Attitudeseedbank.co.uk on my card invoice?
 
have u ever successfully ordered/recieved beans without the stealth shipping option? or should i just skip the extra beans and get the shirt?

Done 9 deals with the "Tude", last 7 were "No frills shipping", cheapest possible way.........EVERY order has come through with NO problem.

Ive been ordering with the tude for 3-4 years never used guarenteed shipping and no problems if any they fix them quick.
 
Everytime i order stealth i get a message saying " Sorry but we are unable to send you the T-shirt as some of our parcels are not reaching our customers in your country. I hope this is ok." In my previous order i got fed up with it and decided to complain " Please send the wallet/t-shirt tude..." Needless to say my order never arrived...bummer... 10 x fem lemon haze...gone. 3/4 times i have received my order..so respect to them.
Recently i decided to do a test.... 2 orders on the same day..
One with Nirvana : 5 x fem AK48
One with Tude: 5 x fem SuperSkunk

See who arrives first....erm...see who just arrives....

They will arrive.You should have told the tude about your last order that didnt make it they would have put them in your new order.

I did tell them via email...no response....
I thought i better just leave it there as i've read threads where customers that complain too much have their accounts deleted from tude. I still value their service.

how long ago did these thing happen to you? did you try tracking your order? yeah i would agree that when i tried emailing them they will respong like 2-3 days via email.

I would suggest that you CALL them - It's not a big deal to call London from the States anymore. Do it early in the day, because they are 5/8 hours ahead of the USA. I usually call them around 3 am CA time. Good luck & good grow.......BB

I agree any problems i have i either email or call rachel.My email always get replied to within a day.I dont know why its different for ya guys.I know i am not getting a special treatment or am i?
