Basically it say that photos taken from smart phones are tagged with the GPS coordinates where the photo was taken. It warns that this could be used by stalkers, identity thieves, etc. when posted on social networking sites.
I would be much more worried about LEO using this to track down grow operations and whatever else they might be after. Anyway, if you are going to post pics from your phones you better disable the geotagging feature.http://www.icanstalku.com/how.php#disable This link shows you how
