Not my 1st dwc. 3rd I think.
I've done alot of reading. Feel free to ask questions.

Ill be doing a 40 plant outdoor grow next summer. 1st time growing outdoors.

Mostly critical kush, og kush, white widow, amnesia and trainwreck. If you have any tips, I'm all ears.
how did you do your first time? I will take you up on that offer haha do you know any good links that would be useful to me?
very nice, you will have plenty of fun Under the sun. Remember big big holes the bigger the better filled with nice loamy soil that drains well, bigger the root base bigger the plant. Ill keep an eye out for it.

I didnt have enough light the 1st time. So the plant stretched too much and the buds were airy. Plus i think I harvested too early. Other than that, everything went fine.

The systems are very simple. I didnt need to do much reading to build the bucket at all. Most of the reading I had to do was on nutes, topping, lst, etc.

Let me know if you want a detailed list of how I set my buckets up.

Yea, i learned the hard way you need to keep the cfls really close. Almost touching.
The pump looks awesome. Better than any pump im using.

Yeah I've got a seed under one cfl at the moment growth is very slow, a good mate of mine is a sparky and he is wiring a nice closet up for me in a couple days 8 cfl's for 3 dwc plants to start with and any more at my request haha. I think I might just two smaller pumps the postage is pretty steep.

I use mostly 6500k cfls with 2 added 55w (200+ equiv watts) in veg. My plants grow very tight nodes in veg.
In flower I have 600w hps with 4 55w cfls down the sides. Since I went to this light setup, I've had less stretching and tighter buds.

Cfl in flower may take alot of bulbs. Although, I doubtbmy lights were close enough to the plant.

Using cfl's? Yes they are very simple once you get your head around it, I don't think I should run into too much trouble I've watched a couple vids on setting them up.
do you think this pump is an over kill ill be running 3 buckets with 2 stones in each

I've never heard of an air pump being overkill. The more O2 in the water the better. I use that same hydrofarm pump. It's not as loud as your thinking. And BTW they are made in the USA. Not china.

Nice looking plant. Its my girlfriends favorite strain. When trimming it. It has a unique smell that almost burns the nose. I haven't read the whole tread. I found it to be a strain that likes the pH a little on the lower side and is pretty nute friendly. It grows like a sativa tall and branchy and will almost triple in size.

I have never tried the strain before. So far I am growing 2 different Big Buddha strains and I am very happy with how easy both are to grow.
This plant over powers all other 14 plants I have growing right now in smell. Its even already pretty crystaly for only being in flower for 12 days.
So far it is very sativa in structure. I think I kept the light close enough to not let it get too stretched though. Im just hoping for nice dense buds. The last Sativa dom strain I did had kinda fluffy buds. I dont want that
