Ive got 3 ladies in a dwc setup in 4th week of flowering and I think my buds are lacking... I was using osmicote pellets crushed and dissolved which are 14-14-14 have stopped and using straight water for now have been thinking of nutrients and was wondering if a bat guano mix would work?

Depends what you want it to work for. If you mean will Bat Guano tea give your plants everything they need, then no. Straight Bat Guano doesn't come with more than 1% Potassium, which is the #1 nutrient for flowering. It also usually has no Copper but has plenty of Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and Zinc. Maxicrop or a similar seaweed fertilizer would add some K but not alot. Palm Bunch Ash is about the best source for organic K imo.
