Basement vent?

so I've spent the past month dehumidifying my basement to put a tent down there with a 400w HPS that just got donated to me yay.
My question is in this basement there in a vent pipe that naturally pulls air in.
For the past month I've had a small I line fan attached to that blowing out and water has come from that pipe (which is right outside my front door on a terraced street)
Now my question is:
Should that be my fresh air intake for tent and vent scrubbed air into my home
OR
pull fresh air from my home and vent scrubbed air out that vent?

My thoughts are I don't want my street stinking of weed and with a carbon filter it won't but it will melt the snow on the ground from the heat? (if it snows this year) that's venting out if I vent in I'm going to be getting freezing cold air on my plants when it does get really nippy.

Put a dryer vent out there, and they will just think you wash & dry a lot of clothes. As long as it's scrubbed no one will be the wiser. 400w doesn't generate too much heat to begin with.

Is there a window in the basement at the back of the house or is there any way you could vent at the back? Get a dehumidifier you'll just have to empty it every once in a while.

No window at the back only other option is to vent into my house and don't really wanna be doing that because of humidity in my living area.
Just have to shell out for a decent scrubber although the one I have does the job in my current setup which isn't much smaller than this one.
Already got two dehumidifier stunning down there 24/7 pulling an average of 5liters a day!

It wouldn't be too big of a job to put a window in or if you know a contractor and can tell him what you're doing to put a vent in the back, right on the street is a little sketchy. Don't try to drill or saw the concrete yourself unless you have some experience you'll make a mess. Dish out $300 and get a pro to do it.

Have you looked into getting a bigger one, I'm sure it probably be more efficient? I got lucky and found 1 on ebay to bid on, they had some 70 pints...that would take care of your basement in hrs ...I didn't pay more then $100
