Basement Farmers Club

This is my first grow from seed to about a week from harvest. Legal MMJ grow.

Lighting: 400w Sunlight Supply Super Sun reflector w/ Sun system 6 MH/HPS conv. ballast. Hydrofarm T-5 strip lights w/ reflectors x 4 6400k

Medium: Fox Farms Ocean Forest
Nutrients & Additives:
Seeds and clones: Hormex, Rootech clone gel.
Grow & Bloom: Age Old Org. liquid grow, bloom, kelp extract. Superbat Budswell liquid bat guano, Purple Maxx, blackstrap molasses.
Soil Secrets beneficial bacteria.

Seeds and clones watered w/ distilled water until rooted. Then all plants watered w/ dehumidifier run-off.

Grow Space: Flower room: 6'x5'6"x7'9"
Veg. & clone room: 3'6"x6'6"x7'9"
constructed from 2x4 lumber. Wrapped in black poly w/ black & white poly inside for reflectivity.



I started w/ 12 seeds and only 4 turned up female. Anyhow enjoy and comments and suggestions are welcome.

They are about 1 1/2 mos. old here. I just moved them to 18/6 under the 400w MH bulb.

I envy the basement growers, lots of space, cool temperatures, spiders

Nice clean setup

It's time to lower that florescent fixture, so they stop stretching. 2 inches is safe.

Fast forward a lil bit. these are the four I was left with. I cut the top off the short one, looks like a lil palm tree.

Here they are showing some promise.

Yeah basements for growing rock. When we bought the house I was upset that the basement wasn't finished. Now I am glad. I am going to be upgrading my setup in the next couple of weeks. I want to get a 600w to flower with and move my 400w to my veg room, and only use my T-5's for clones and seedlings. My flowering room is 6'x5'6"x7'9" I thought about getting a 1000w for it. But I am thinking 600w should work for the size and space. Feed back please.

Here are the most recent pix of my setup. That lint roller on my table is instumental in removing Akita/hybrid wolf dog hair from your ass before entering. LOL

These are some clones I cut from a plant last week. they are 12 days old now should be good and rooted. I am going to give them another week then transplant to 3 gal. pots w/FFOF and flip 'em. I want to clear out my room for my coming upgrades after which I am planning on getting some Violator Kush, Blue Cheese, and LSD from Attitude seed bank. I can hardly wait. These are my mutts Titan & Rex.

I am well into the upgrades I previously mentioned. I got an Adjust A Wing med. reflector, a 600w lumatek ballast, Hortilux Super HPS 600w, CO2 reg setup & tank.

I ran some new circuits to my grow space as well to accomodate the 600w which will run on 220. I also ran a dedicated circuit (20 amp 110v) for an a/c unit, and another simliar circuit for a 400w halide and 4 T-5's in the veg. room. I know for sure that I won't be tripping any breakers.
