does any one else feel like hortilabs dont deserve there wins with star bud. as far as i can tell its there only decent strain and judging from what i have read they just got this strain given to them by some grower in america? lets find that guy and give him some awards please. the bud looks killer but i just feel all they did was discover it not create it

The cannabis cup is a joke. the voters are mostly from Amsterdam, and their coffee shops dont have the best pot around. america has better pot. only in amsterdam could ghsc and BF win the cup consistently.

I think greenhouse wins because they have some talented growers working on there behalf looking for that one good pheno for the entire year and then giving it as much love as possible. Just because a company wins the cup doesn't mean the seeds you get from em will be worthy.
I went in 2009. Great experience for the true head. But it is true, Cali has better weed.
Although the dankest shit I have ever seen/smelled in my life was some shit called S5 haze from Mellow Yellow CS. Indescribable really. Cant find any info anywhere on it either. It was their entry in 09.
