If you are a solid grower you know your plants like I know my ding dong.
Im all over both multiple times a day.
Yeah unfortunately they were packed in super tight tiny grow tent and was difficult to get to. I just noticed they stopped growing and people suggested herming and they were right. I'm no expert but I've grown plenty. First time I got a herm 8 weeks in flowering

Most of my nanners come later in flower. But again not all folks have the same experience you did.

Nanners are mostly due to some kind of shock or, stress or, nutrient issues or, Ph issues. Sometimes a combination of multiple things. OR they sometimes just happen.
Yes I actually had the lights fall on mine. wife and I were picking which would be the biggest producer. When the light support bar gave in and fell mostly on top of the one plant out of four the hermed..

LOL, shit, I came late to the party. I didn't know the thread had developed. So you suggest the OP just flame thrower the plants because nanners that have not released pollen yet have destroyed his crop? HMMM, please continue.......

Guess I'll just keep my two cents to myself and let the experts handle it.
I caught mine late and had a bad experience I hope he only had 1 banana and all the pros are correct.
