I need a grow space...

I am shopping for 500sqf space with storage closet....
i have a tent with the icebox 1/4hp chiller
6" can fan/ carbon scrub & mufflers...
ona gel...the GH covert 66gal. res.
a 600w & (2) 8 bulb T5s
ploy shield tent guts
& a pair of MASSIVE BALLS

light usage is pooled among the entire building...I can opt for no cleaning service.
I grow 12hrs from seed...I run my system from 6am to 6pm

READY...AIM...FIRE!!!!

Are you serious? Are you gonna run a biz or live there? Why would you spend money on the rent for a one 600 W grow? It adds too much cost for such a small grow to make sense IMO... Use your closet at home and save the $200+ a month you gonna spend on a bad grow location (power goes down and it begins the end of your ooder control and you getting caught... Or a leak that drains into another biz, ect).

okay. that single 600w pulls 1.3 pounds of herb my good man...as for the power outage in a major building...illl play along like there is no generator
the ona gel is strong as fuck...ill have 4 jars in my office desk just in case.

A. I know for a fact that I can/do/will pull 1.3 per plant
B. 2 jars of ona gel...one inside the closet...one outside the closet...4 in the office desk(un-opened) + the carbon filter, & an optional ozone generator
C. I was saying that in case of a power outage AT the building...they have a building GEN.

keep it coming my people...im loving it

Lets see, assuming you are able to pull every 60 days, and you started day one you move in, you will have paid three months rent.... Even at$0.50 a ft, your adding $750-500 per lb that you dont have to, if you were doing 4+ lights and doing more than 4ps a it might make more sense to add the cost of rent to your production cost.

How much you pay in rent? got a plan for smell when you dry? Plan for nosy neighbors that wonder what biz you have and want to give you biz?

okay...i run an "IT Company" so the servers that host my web clients eat power 24/7...my Server have to be secure..
the rent is $250-$350 per month
I will not be drying there

I think your plan is good except for one thing

janitor service is provided in most office buildings and don't forget maintenance men will all have keys to your grow.

OKay gentlemen...lets rewind.

The cleaning service is optional...I opt out.
The storage space is a contingency to production...no storage no grow...& yes storage inspection is at the top of the fire code...in this 90 day run
I operate with a strict odor control policy...so just short of
casing the 23 story building with fighto...if you can get your nose through ona gel/carbon/& an ozone gen. then You deserve to catch me...
Lets talk noise...the fan is on speed control, the carbon filter has a muffler attachment, the icebox pump is submerged, the 1/10hp chiller is cased in a sub box
The water for feeding will enter the building like all the other water in the building...in a water cooler jug...false caps for appearance
the only portion of the office space that will not be open to the public is the ALMIGHTY storage.

Okay...now, inspections are done in cycles...I will inquire as to the last inspection & act accordingly.
