Ballast ignitor problem

I bought 2 used Hydrofarm 400w mh/hps switchable ballasts from a dude not too long ago. I didn't see if they both worked before I walked away, my mistake. When I got home I tested them out. One of them works fine while the other, not so much. The ballast I'm having problems with works fine when I switch it to the mh side but when I switch it to the hps side, the bulb doesn't fire. And yes I used the correct bulbs to test it. I contacted Hydrofarm to see what they thought and they said its probably a faulty ignitor. The guy I spoke to said to take it to an authorized retailer and have them test it and then have them order it from them. F that. I took the ballast apart and cut the ignitor out to try and find it online somewhere. I haven't had any luck I'm wondering if anyone else out there has had a similar problem or might know where I can order this ignitor online? I'm not sure if just any 400w hps ignitor will work with this being its a switchable ballast. Does anyone out there have anymore knowledge about this then I do? All help and direction would be much appreciated!!!

Try www.HTGSupply.com, they may have it, I had to replace an ignitor one from one of their ballasts, they sent me the part.
