Ballast and bulb question

Do I need a special ballast for a T8 Fluorescent U-Bend?

I want to use two of this bulb:

and want to know if I can use this ballast:

and also for the regular linear bulbs is it possible to run a 39watt and 17watt bulb on the same ballast?

The answer to your question is 'YES' it'll be fine

However, as i'm an electrician I see alot of light fittings etc...
I would love for someone to try HO T5 light fittings. They put out something like 3000 more lumens than a standard T8 4' foot tube.
I priced one yesterday to my dismay as they were $172 my price each!!! thats for a bare batton minus the reflector of which is a special order in it's own.
